Breast Cancer?..

For the past days, my boobs have been hurting. I thought it was because I wear a bra all day and all night and only take it off to shower. so I started to take it off at night. Then I thought maybe my breast have been hurting because I might be getting my period soon? I have never had this as a symptom but that's the most logical thing I could think of. anyways, last night I started to touch my breast and I felt something unusual on my left breast. it is a hard solid mass. it hurts when I touch it. it almost feels sore. I know guys aren't doctors. it is Saturday. so I will be calling a clinic on monday. but I wanted to know someone else's take on this. has this ever happened to you?
