My partner said something that really hurt me today- he said ‘are you even happy to be pregnant?’

I know I have been complaining loads to him- tiredness and generally feeling unwell, nausea- I’m sure you can all relate. But I’m absolutely thrilled to be pregnant! We were very, very lucky and were only trying a couple of months. I’m Still a bit scared as it’s early stages and I don’t think it has really sunk in. But I was really offended at what he said. Anyone had any similar stories?
