Morning ladies I need a little reassuring I'm 7 weeks and 3 days and I work at a assisted living ( practically a nursing where everyone does nothing for them self 😒) and my job requires me to do a lot of strenuous heavy duty lifting a few People at work knows I'm pregnant and they always tell me to call for help and not to loft anyone by myself but i still don't feel comfortable at all yesterday we lifted a resident from her bed to wheelchair and I started cramping a little after that and that was with me and another caregiver smh I have no bleeding thank god or any pain and the cramping went away but idk I just hope my little one is ok I haven't even been to the doctors yet because I know the routine and would rather wait till I'm about 9 weeks or so before making a appointment but boyyyyyy do I want a ultrasound like today😳
