Is it a good sign that it's on the digital this time?

Bfp it came up on first response and was very faint..it was 3 days after my miss period...it also came up not pregnant on the digital ...a blood test confirmed I was pregnant the day after the digital but I was only at 25 Hcg and I was having a chemical..(also had faint apottin) .now I'm three days after my missed period and it say pregnant 1-2 weeks on the digital..i assuming my hcg is higher than the last time right? Took a blood test yesterday but won't get the results back until Monday :-(
