Implantation bleeding at 5-6 weeks?

Ok so my husband and I did the deed this morning, we've had sex only a few times since finding out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago. I went to the bathroom like 5 minutes after and had some light blood I wiped away, wasn't brown but faint red and was in the toilet as well. My husband is largely endowed and things were a bit tight this morning but he's never made me bleed. So long story short could this be implantation bleeding at over 5 weeks? Or the start of a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy? TIA
