Cramps and spotting but no af

First month off BC. Today is CD 33. I had very light brown spotting on days 27-31. Only when I wiped and not every time. I have also had light cramps on and off for the last 5 or so days and had some twitchy sensations last night along with alot of lower back pain. Haven't really had any other symptoms besides I'm not as hungry as I used to be mostly in the mornings but not nauseous. The last test I took was yesterday and it was negative. Is AF coming or could I be on my way to a BFP.
