Period or implantation bleeding!?

I had two children already. Never has this happened. I had to go number two yesterday. I noticed when I wiped, there was blood. I was bummed to say the least Bc I thought I started my period. Couple hours later it was brown and barely there. This morning NOTHING! Do you think my period started or implantation bleeding? I took a test and it was negative. Like I said I never had this happen with the other two pregnancies. I am confused! What’s your thoughts!? Sorry if this is tmi!
