impossible but i swear i see a line

so i took a test in hopes maybe i would get a line but i knew i was crazy and there was no way it would come back positive. i just had a chemical pregnancy the doctor confirmed it with a blood test seeing as my hcg level was at 1. i took a test about a week and a half after and i swear i see something. am i going crazy? there's no way i have hcg in me right? (don't mind the test my fiance touched it right after he got home and he is a mechanic) thr line appeared at 2 minutes
