Not feeling it anymore :(

So I received my BFP (1st pregnancy) n March 29th after trying for months and dealing with pcos as well as one blocked tube.  I was on clomid and metformin also. So I made a doctor appt for April 30th thinking I would be around 6-8 weeks by then. Well I went to the doctor she couldn't find anything on the ultrasound but stated I was about 4 weeks and must have found out soon after it happened. She did a urine test which still said positive and I did blood work. I have to go back again today to check my hcg levels. I won't know the results until Monday. The thing is though I just don't feel pregnant anymore. It's like all the excitement has left me and I cry every time I think I have lost the baby. Has anyone else had a similar situation?  Thank you.
