Vegan pregnancy???
Heey!
I changed my diet to a mostly vegan one (lil shrimp now and again) for health reasons and I feel much better, my intestinal health has improved and I am allergic to eggs, react badly to dairy yada yada
I would like to continue my current diet but I also want to do whatever is best for my pregnancy. Does anyone have any insight on this? I will talk in depth with my OB at my first appointment but in the mean time, any thoughts? TIA! ♥️
