22 weeks pregnant and had strange dream

I've always been one to sorta believe that our dreams could sometimes mean something so after Last night I'm seriously tripping out. I dreamt that I had my daughter threw c section and I was never able to see her ! I was taken to recovery and left there. For hours or days even I think and No nurses came to tend to me and after a while I got up and started looking for someone asking where's my daughter why hasn't she been brought to me ? Everyone I came in contact with me couldn't help me and kept sending me in cycles I was getting desperate and while trying to explain to someone that I had a c section I looked down and realize I was in no pain had no scar and was actually walking around the whole time as if I never had surgery and my stomach was flat. I ended up finding the hospital nursery looking for my daughter I remember seeing so many newborns but she was not there, I remember screaming and crying and then waking up.
