Clogged milk ducts

So not only am I suffering from 18 hours of labor, 4 1/2 pushing, then a c section, I have clogged milk ducts because I was letting my nipples heal from scabbing over from terrible latching. If its not one thing, it's another and I'm just at a loss. I'm a terrible parent who hasn't the slightest clue on what parenting is. There are no classes, conversations, people, or anyone who can help you prepare for a child. I have done everything I can possibly think of to treat my ducts and nothing works. I'm on my way to mastitis, does anyone know what to do or have advice? I have a lactation consultant coming so hopefully that'll help but it might be too late...
