BBT temp? Confused?
I'm trying to understand bbt Temps and I was wondering does it stay high up to the start of AF. Or does it dip back down after 3 days? I'm on DPO 5 and my temp is staying high. I don't know if taking your temp can tell you if you have conceived. Can anyone help me understand this please:) baby dust to everyone :)
