when should i workout?
i am looking to start working out and start getting back into shape for track season but i seem to can't find the time to workout. my vb season just ended and basketball is about to start. i used to be really confident in my body because i worked out and i was fit. i lost that over the summer but i want it back. so when should i workout? before school? after practice? i also have homework and chores to worry about too. please help.
