I was told to start colostrum harvesting but nothing is coming out
What does this mean 😩

For confusion ....
I have gestational diabetes and have been told to get some colostrum ready for birth as baby may be too sleepy to feed as his sugar levels will drop after birth so it's easy to squirt it into his mouth from a syringe to wake him up enough to feed
