job/33 weeks

ugh I just feel I am doing to much!!! I am interning 15 hours a week, working for 35 a week, and a part time graduate student (graduate in June and finish the internship). And I am almost 33 weeks pregnant. I really want to quit my job but feel so bad doing it...I keep telling myself one more week and ill give notice but I put it off. I feel bad because I started the job in July and all my clients love me I guess but I'm so exhausted with everything. I just want to quit tell July when I'm finished with school. should I wait it out tell I have my little one or just give notice? so stressed! 😥
