Gaining weight while pregnant

I’m struggling with the idea of gaining weight while pregnant! I’ve always been smaller but I’ve also always worked out consistently and watched what I ate. My first trimester I was very sick which caused me to lose around 10 pounds STILL everyone who knew kept commenting on my weight saying I looked like I was gaining weight? Now that I no longer have morning sickness I am eating ALOT. I am hungry and I’ve noticed I eat way more than I used too! I’ve gained back 2-3 pounds now within 2 weeks.

I know healthy pregnancies it’s normal to gain 20-30 pounds so I’m not completely freaking out. I just don’t want to go overboard and regret not watching what I eat!

Any tips on how to deal with this? Especially with cravings for sweets and candy 😩
