Pressure?

I’ve posted this to another group and haven’t gotten much of a response so figured I’d try a different one. This is probably a stupid question but I thought I’d give it a shot. For those that have pcos have you ever had a weird pressure in your uterus? Almost like dull period cramps with a tugging feeling? I’m on CD 21 and my husband and I have BD every other day this month except for the last 2-3 days due to his work schedule but since ovulation test don’t really work for me should I take this feeling as ovulation? Or is it a pcos thing? I’ve never had this feeling so intense before so I’m just wondering. Thank you all in advance!
