sore nips/could that be my sign?

since yesterday my nipples have been super sore, I have very large breasts 38FF and don't ever have sore breasts or nipples. ttc for a few months and I'm sure it's symptom spotting and all but could this be something? when is the earliest I should test??? I've also been having some strange mild cramping in my lower abdomen, I don't get premenstrual cramps or cramping during period.... hmmph... it's been so long since I've don't this... 9years, I'm 31 now.... I forgot how stressful this is, mainly because this is the first time I've tried without it being an oops... 🤣🤣 (unplanned blessings) help a sister out... tips ttc advice??!!
