Boring relationship

My relationship with my boyfriend is kinda boring and I want to find ways to make it better but its like he's not as into me as he said he is. We used to have amazing sex and we barely do that anymore. we both work but he doesn't do anything else but work. everytime i bring up something to do together he says whatever i want to do. he never plans things for us and i just want him to take the egnititive to make things happen like i di. but instead we argue about my phone and other things. im 26 and he is 28 and i feel like we should have had a better 1st year than we've had.
