Period starts & then is like "jaykay, see ya!"

The weirdest thing happened to me yesterday. I got my period for like 2 hours in the early afternoon and then it completely stopped - nothing today. Just wondering if this had happened to anyone else and if you can trace it to anything. This wasn't like "spotting," this was like, I went to the bathroom & was like, "Oh SHIT, my period started. Good thing I caught this when I did because in another hour this could go right through my clothes!" And then my period was like JAYKAY GURL IM JUSS PLAYIN. I'm so weirded out.

Edited to add: for the record, my period should start in about 4 days anyway, and I haven't had sex with anybody in over a year so it's not like something happened there.
