Backstory:one of my best friends and I was gonna go to prom together. I got super sick before so he took this girl from another school. He had a big party at his house that night and the next day the girl said he raped her that night. There is going to be a trial soon but not yet.

Now: We have been friends so long and he swears to me he is innocent but something makes me think she's not lying. Should I be worried to hang with him one on one? I've done it so many times and nothing has happened but am I setting my self up for something to happen since he has tried to get me to sleep with him before and I would never do it by choice.
