Baby keeps waking up

My 10 month old sleeps with me in bed. And she’s always been breastfed at night. She’s also formula fed. Lately she’s been waking every 20-30 minutes crying and won’t stop unless I put my boob in her mouth, she isn’t hungry. It almost seems like she just needs some comfort. I feed her before going to sleep so I know that she goes to sleep with an full tummy. Also, when she’s done this, is tries giving her a bottle of formula thinking maybe she’s hungry again but she won’t take it. She refuses to drink the formula and wants my boob ONLY. I don’t know if this is turning into a really bad habit of hers because she’s slept with me since she was born (dont judge) and each time she would wake up, I would just slap my boob in her mouth because of course it was easy, right? But now it’s only for comfort and I don’t know what to do. If I let her cry, she wakes up and won’t go back to sleep. So I have to breastfeed in order for her to go back to sleep. Otherwise we’re up at 3am, she’ll be wide awake. OR she continues to cry until she has my boob. What Can I do or why is she doing this? She’s always woken up at night to breastfeed but never this often. Is there something wrong? She did fall off the couch a few days ago... can’t be related to that right? She’s acting perfectly fine and eating good.
