I need help

So my last period was the last week in August, I'm normally every month like I know what day I will come on. However I haven't this time. I have done 2 pregnancy tests one I did onr week after I was due and it was negative I then did another one 2 weeks later still negative. I went to the doctor last week and they did one and she looked at it closely and said please please please do another one this week because she thought that one came back negative as well. what is happening to my body??
