No I wouldn't. If that person can't trust me, I wouldn't be in a relationship with that person. I've never had social media get in the way of a relationship. When that happens, it's because the person is shitty, it's not social medias fault. If someone wants to sneak around, they'll do it with or without Facebook.

It all depends in the reasons, my hubby is very insecure about social nedia because his ex wife used ut as a means to cheat on him for a long time so he gets insecure about it, and questions me why I'm on it etc... I deleted the apps and only log on when he and I are together so he doesn't think I'm being sneaky or suspicious this isn't about control it's about insecurity it all depends how much we care about what our significant other is thinking and feeling

me and my SO do not use social media, we decided to cut it out about 2 years into our relationship.. we just agreed that it wasn't a necessity in life, and neither of us had a need for it. I do think it's something you would have to agree about, and not do just because someone is controlling you. I could get on if I wanted to, but I mean what do I need to get on for? what do you really use social media for? just do what you want.
