Mirena will I ever get pregnant

It’s been a little over 5 months and my husband and I have been trying to conceive and have had no luck. I had the mirena for about 2 years, were both a bit overweight at about a two years ago we found out we had chylmedia (not sure how to spell it) took two different treatments to cure it and I am afraid that we can’t get pregnant and I am scared to go see what the doctor has to say. Has anyone had an issue with it taking so long to get pregnant at 22?
