Worried

This is my 3rd pregnancy, have a 9 year old and had a miscarriage at the beginning of the year. I don’t remember everything about my first pregnancy due to it being so long ago lol. But last night, me and my husband had sex and throughout the night I woke up with a sharp pain on one side. And now this morning, I’m having some period like cramps. I’m so worried because this was about how far along I was when I miscarried . I’m currently 6w4d. My first OB appt is Wednesday. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
