Bad cold 4weeks In

Anyone else found themselves with a horrible cold here in their first couple weeks? I got my BFP on Monday, and by Wed I was super sick. This has been the hardest cold to kick ever! Anyone else got an early pregnancy cold and trying to deal with all the medication restrictions?
