Conceiving about 24 hours after ovulation

Ok so this weekend my peak ovulation day would've been Saturday according to this app, but I had really painful ovulation pains to the point where I could barely stand so I just couldn't have intercourse that night. Also, Hubby was away working the few days before so we weren't able to do the deed before ovulation either, but we were finally able to do it Sunday night (approximately 24 hours after my extreme pains).

I haven't used any OPKs because this is our first month TTC. I'm obviously super excited and nervous about the whole process 😁. Anyone think I could've conceived or am I just getting myself all anxious for nothing??
