Cramps

I am 4 weeks and 6 days. I'm super excited about baby #2 it is a blessing. It has been 8 years since my last pregnancy. I have very bad cramps and my doctor said asking as it does not come with other symptoms that I should be ok. Is this happening to anyone else? Cramps?
