Anyone used a SNOO bassinet?

I'm 16w and after seeing numerous friends have a very rough first few months due to baby sleep challenges, I've been researching bassinet options.   I found a post online about the SNOO smart sleeper and given the good reviews I've seen, I'm debating ordering one.  At $710 USD on sale it's pretty pricey and it's only good for 3-6 months so I was curious to if anyone on Glow has experience with it and can provide feedback.  Thanks!

I would never spend $710 on a bassinet when I can go to Walmart and get a good bassinet that works just fine for $50. Especially since they can’t be used that long. The $710 can be used on much better things for baby but this is how I feel about that and money. If you have the budget for it and feel that is what is best for you and baby then go ahead and do it hun.

My own opinion: babies sleep in small windows of time and they need to be trained to sleep at night. They don’t come out preferring one thing over another and everything they do is a learned behavior. I believe this thing you are speaking of vibrates or rocks the baby, therefor they become used to that motion to go to sleep, expecting it each time. 
Have your baby sleep on a firm, flat surface from day one and sleep will happen when the baby is tired. This makes for easy transition into their crib eventually as well. Getting them used to as few sleep props as possible is super important.
Once again, just my opinion and has worked with my son.
