planning 1st birthday

I'm planning my daughter's 1st birthday party. I've decided to have a party for children her age. Since she was born we have been going to Baby and Me classes and have a group of friends. 10 babies and their parents. It will be them plus grandparents, and some aunts and uncles. I would like to have it at a place that has toys and activities for the babies to do. In addition, I'm gonna have a 45 min program with music, bubbles, etc. Any ideas what kind of place I can rent for this? I wish I can do it at my house, but I live in a split level, so it's too small.
