Help need answers please

I have had pregnancy symptoms like nausea, sore breasts, tiredness, diarrhea and sometimes constipated, sharp pain on my stomach and sides, constantly have to pee and get hungry alot. I had light spotting and 2 positive pregnancy tests. Now they turn up negative. PLEASE HELP ME IM CONFUSED
