constant stomach pain

all day I've been having really bad stomach pain. everytime i move or turn or walk or do anything it hurts to the point I'm in tears. I can't even sleep because it's that uncomfortable. I've tried taking medicine, hot towel and a hot bath but nothing works. Idk what to do, i can't continue with his pain. someone help 😣
