people coming to see my newborn SICK

I am completely furious. I had my baby today in the hospital and my sister in law comes here with strep and brings her 5 month old baby with her with croup!!! who the hell does tbat!!! I tell the nurses and told them to take my baby out of here!! And had everyone leave and they are taking her and stripping her down and brining in house cleaning to disinfect my room. not only could this affect the health of my newly born baby that is less than 13 hours old but every other baby on this unit!!! How can I tell them do not come back! I am now terrifie my newborn has caught something. idiots!!
