Does anybody on here have Celiac/Crohn's or any autoimmune or GI issues that cause them to have a difficult time conceiving?

I've been having severe malabsorptive issues from Celiac Disease and the GI specialists are having a hard time figuring out what's causing severe left upper and lower quadrant pain. I'm left being underweight, with malnutrition, and other symptoms I won't go in to. I just feel so alone. All I want to do is feel better and get healthy so I can have a baby.
