Anyone else's eye twitching???

These last few days, my right eye has been twitching and it is bugging me because it hasn't been a problem for me up until now.

That happened to me a lot with my first pregnancy. Could be your electrolytes and not just a hydration issue. So drink a small amount of pedialyte. But I know some other women commented on it being a vitamin thing so if it doesn’t stop after pedialyte maybe ask your doctor to run a blood test.

it can be stress, potassium levels, or a pinched nerve. best way to tell is to go through a "check" to see if anything else is wrong that you haven't noticed. do you have pain anywhere along your spine or tingling, if so pinched nerve. do you have an increase of stressors good or bad, if so take half an hour each day just for yourself. are you constipated or have random muscle cramps, if so it's potassium.

I’ve always been told it has to do with stress. If that’s true or not I have no idea. Sense becoming pregnant I have not noticed an increase in it happening though. I’m currently 31 weeks.

it can happen to anyone. it happened to me for a short time years ago. it was  annoying but it went away.
