Do I have bv? Please read. I'm so scared

Hi ladies. I'm scared I have bv. So a week ago I noticed I started getting more discharge, normal white discharge nothing different. which is normal for 10 weeks but the discharge came with a smell that I've never had before not fishy not foul it just smells bitter and just maybe even a tiny bit sour. It isn't bad. Like I don't smell. Only when I wipe the discharge I can smell it. I dont itch and it doesn't burn. I am 11weeks in 2 days. Is bv common? Who's had it? And maybe it's just cause of the pregnancy I have a different smell?? Idk help ladies.
