FMLA question HR Help
So I want I make sure I’m eligible for FMLA before requesting it. I have worked for the same company for 2 years and was laid off for a month during restructuring and went to a different location but it’s still part of the same company. I still worked contract during the month period I was laid off. So my question is I have worked 1250 hours during this year period do I still qualify for FMLA even though I had that lapse in my employment?
