Normal PP pain and bleeding?

I am planning on contacting my OB as well BUT I am wondering if any other woman have experienced this..

I am 5 weeks postpartum and still bleeding a bright red and it’s a fairly moderate amount. I’m also having these abdominal pain on both sides of my abdomen right above my hips. Like I said I’m going to ask my OB but I’m wondering if other woman experienced this too and ended up okay?
