Ugh!!!!!

Okay, so I posted a few days ago expressing my symptoms of sore breasts, nausea, etc. I went to the dr today because I found a lump on my left boob(I had one in the same spot when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter), and my breast are also leaking a white substance(same as when I was pregnant with my daughter). Dr did a hcg and it was a 5... “if” I am pregnant, I would only be 3 weeks... is it possible?! Dr said negative, but I can’t eat without getting nauseous, equilibrium feels off, sore boobies... I need some thoughts. I’m not going to lie, I will be extremely upset if I am not.
