What tea is ok during all stages of pregnancy?

I've heard that raspberry tea is only ok during third trimester. Any teas you can have all through pregnancy?

Any tea you like. You'd have to drink gallons for any particular tea to be harmful

Raspberry tea is fine, you want to avoid “red raspberry leaf” tea until the 3rd trimester because they believe it *may* cause contractions. My midwife recommended it for uterine strength after 32 weeks in my first pregnancy though.

You can really have any that's not herbal... I like th decaf green and black teas I also like th chai tea in the morning instead of coffee sometimes
