abdominal myomectomy

hey ladies I had an abdominal myomectomy on September 26th I'm about 5 weeks post-surgery. I'm wondering if any of you have had the same procedure done and what were your chances of conceiving following surgery. I had a fibroid the size of a small grapefruit and then to the size of a pea removed during that surgery. Almost a year ago from surgery I had gotten pregnant and ended up having a miscarriage I was between 4 to 5 weeks pregnant and had been trying to conceive for many many years. I'm nervous about conceiving again being that I'm 36 years old and I have a 15 year old now. any suggestions or feedback is much appreciative thanks ladies.
