Anxiety/panic and labor
So, I’m 36 weeks pregnant and having milk contractions. Nothing to send me to the hospital but the thought of going to the hospital and being stuck there is sending me into fits of panic. Also, the thought of being a new mom, and being in charge of someone. I feel like I can’t take care of myself because of my anxiety and panic attacks let alone an innocent child.
Anyone have this happen or have any advice on how to ease these thoughts?
