HELP! My 7.5 mo stopped taking bottles!

My baby has always preferred the breast but adjusted to the bottle after starting daycare at 3 months. But for a couple of weeks now she has refused to drink bottles at home or at daycare care. This is actually the longest she’s gone flat out refusing. Day care has to feed her milk with a spoon. I have no idea what’s going on. I still breastfeed her when we’re together although my husband and I still try to offer her bottles and sippy cups. We also try to have her hold the bottle on her own. She doesn’t get upset when we offer her bottles, just not interested.

Has this happened to anyone else? Tips?
