New poll. What is IT?

Sorry. Forgot some people said genderless! So round 2, I suppose. 😂
So on this horror page I follow there was a huge debate over what IT actually was. Thought I'd take it over to CC and see what everyone thinks. People got so heated over this.
Some people said IT was female. Some said male. Some said female spider. Some said gender fluid. And some said that IT chose a male figure so therefore it is male despite whatever it's true form may be. I've only seen the recent movie so I have no idea.

IT is a manifestation of one’s fears. It therefore has no gender and it takes the physical form of whatever it’s mimicking.

I couldn't care less,  all I know that it's a damn nightmare.  Thanks to naive grandparents and letting us rent it at a ridiculously young age..... my cousins and I are scarred for life 😂😂 I couldn't shower with the bathroom for closed for months.

I'm gonna say genderfluid because it's a shape shifter so could probably take the form of any gender. It's interesting that people are saying in the book it is a girl, I never knew that.
