How much does your rent cost?

After seeing another recent post about live-able wages, it has me curious to know how much everyone pays for their homes.

1) how much do you pay per month?

2) is it rent or a mortgage payment?

3) how much do you pay for all utilities (water, cable, electric, gas/propane, sewage/trash)

4) what state/country do you live in?

I'm up in Alaska, we pay $1,485 for our 4 bed two and a half bath home, when you add up utilities and whatnot we pay about $1,600-1,800 depending on the time of year
