Battle everytime putting baby to sleep

Any other moms out there are going through battle when trying to put baby to sleep? My 3 month old is screaming murder when I try to put her down for nap, I am not missing that window (90 min window) when she starts yawning and rubbing her eyes, I swaddle her ( then all hell breaks loose) but without it she wakes up after 15 mins. I rock her and tried All humanly possible ways literally almost shoving paci down, any moms know effective ways? I am literally losing my sh*t
