I had cramping on days 12-14dpo that was just like AF cramps. As long as there isn't any blood along with the cramps you're ok.

I am cd40 on clomid and still bfn. Ovulation was confirmed by ultrasound, still no AF tho

Did you just finally get a positive on CD 40??? I'm on CD45 and I've have BFN's this whole time???
