Ovulation pains yes or no???

So I start my fertile week tomorrow... And today I've been having mild cramps in my lover stomach lasting 2-3 sec. Then a couple min later they will come again... Took a opk this morning and it was negative? I'm tring to pay better attention to my boday and what it's saying, could this be ovulation pains or mean I'm close to ovulating??
